3.1 General process

1. Ensure the Encore3 can meet the input, output and image processing needs of the event. For more information, see:

2. Recommended: prepare a ShowFile using the Event Master Toolset simulator. For more information, see:

   3. “ShowFile process”.
3. Install the Encore3(s) at the desired location at the event. For more information, see “Installation process”.

4. Recommended: restore the created ShowFile to the installed Encore3(s) using any of the following methods:

   • Using the front panel: “Restore”.
   • Using the web page: “Restore”.
   • Using Event Master Toolset: “Restore” or “ShowFile editor”.

5. Setup a local method for controlling the event:

   • Using Event Master Toolset software:

     1. Ensure the device meets the installation requirements. For more information, see “Setup requirement”.

   • Using an Event Master controller:
