This article outlines the reasons why you might be unable to access or open the ClickShare Configurator webpage for your ClickShare device.
ClickShare Configurator webpage not accessible

Network connection issue:
Ensure that your laptop or PC is connected to the same network as your ClickShare device is connected. -
Incorrect IP address:
Make sure you’re using the correct wired IP address for your ClickShare device. You can find the IP address on the device’s splash screen. Click here for more details.
Note: If connected to the ClickShare device’s Wi-Fi (or SSID), use 192.168.2.1 (default IP address) or the IP address configured for that specific ClickShare device. -
Unable to access the ClickShare Configurator over Wi-Fi connections:
The option ClickShare Configurator available via Wi-Fi is disabled in the ClickShare Configurator of the ClickShare device. To enable it, go to Wi-Fi & Networks > Wi-Fi Settings and check the checkbox in front of ClickShare Configurator available via Wi-Fi. - Unable to access ClickShare Configurator features due to incorrect login password:

Browser compatibility issues:
Use a compatible web browser such as Google Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge or Safari. -
Unable to bypass browser security warnings:
If you're unable to bypass the browser security warning message (e.g.: "Your connection is not private" on Google Chrome) while opening the ClickShare Configurator on your laptop or PC, ensure that your ClickShare device is running on the latest firmware (how-to, see KB 13401). If it isn't, upgrade your device with the latest firmware (how-to, see KB 5923).
For ClickShare CS-100(H) and CSE-200 ensure they are running firmware version 1.11.10.3 or higher. Click here for more details.
