What is an 'Internal issue' on QAWeb Server and how can I solve it?

I got a notification on the QAWeb Server that an internal issue happened. I have no idea what it is and how I can solve it.

Root cause

Any software action or event can cause issues. Typically these issues are quite cryptic and are therefore translated by the software developer into something more readable. However, it is impossible to identify and translate all issues which can happen with software. An internal issue is a software issue that has not been translated into a readable troubleshooting/explanation. For most internal issues, however, there is typically a clue in the issue details which can help you identify a root cause and a solution.

Even though each internal issue looks the same in the Issues and Actions overview, each of these issues contains more detailed information about what caused the problem. If you click the 'View issue' button to open the issue description, you will find the issue detail on the next page. Below is an example:
