Problem
On QAWeb Server, you can encounter the following internal issue during the execution of a calibration:
Root cause
The problem occurs when during calibration of a Barco display, QAWeb fails to access the Look Up Table data stored in the graphics board (Barco MXRT or 3rd party graphic board). QAWeb asks at that moment whether there is a graphics board LUT access, the Operating System replies with "yes", QAWeb tries to access the LUT data stored in the graphics board and fails.
Suggestions:
- Perform a Barco System Cleaner Action to delete the current Barco Software Programs and files on that workstation (Barco MXRT Drivers, Barco DLL's, Barco Tools, QAWeb Software), see kb7640
- Install a different graphics board driver version on your workstation (for systems with a Barco MXRT graphics board (see kb6421) or contact the Barco Customer Service Team (see KB6024 ) to get a download link for a different MXRT driver)
- Re-install or update Medical QAWeb Agent to the latest version (https://www.barco.com/en/product/medical-qaweb#support)
