Yes, with ClickShare devices such as the CX-50 Gen2, CB Pro or CSE-800, users can display their content on two connected displays.

CX-50 Gen2 and CB Pro: Allow a single user or multiple users to share different content on two connected displays (how-to, see KB13295).

CSE-800: Supports up to eight users sharing content on two connected displays. For details, see chapter Advanced Use in the CSE-800 User guide.
With other ClickShare devices, users can share their content to a single display only.
