Problem description
We have discovered that our MDPC-8127 pathology displays sometimes do not show any image, the screen remains black. This phenomenon mostly happens upon turning ON the display and it is addressed to the start-up of the panel.
Important info: Only MDPC-8127 displays with firmware version v01.02.00 and older are affected by the described problem.
Solution
To avoid this malfunctioning from happening the FW upgrade is required. Please upgrade the FW to the v01.03.00 version of your MDPC-8127 using BarcoButler.
