How to Create an XMS Cloud Account?

To register and manage ClickShare devices, you need an XMS Cloud account. The procedure below illustrates the steps to create an XMS Cloud account on your computer. You can follow the same steps when creating an account on a mobile device.

  1. Visit the XMS Cloud Registration Page: Open the web-browser (preferably Google Chrome) and go to the xms.cloud.barco.com.
    Skip this step if you were already redirected to this page while registering a ClickShare device.

  2. Enter Company Email: Provide your company email address.

  3. Verify Email: Check your email for a verification code, enter the code and click Continue.
     

  4. Fill in Company Details: Enter the required details such as your name, company name, and other relevant information. Accept privacy policy and click Continue.
     

  5. Complete Registration:
     

    1. Select your role
      • Owner/Admin: Create and manage a single organization account (e.g., Company X) and its ClickShare Base Units. 

      • Reseller/Integrator: Create and manage multiple organization accounts for each end-customer.

    2. Create an Organisation account: Enter the account name, and location.

    3. Accept terms and conditions

    4. Click Continue to XMS Cloud.

  6. Your XMS Cloud account is created.
