Black screen when showing videos | ClickShare will not display HDCP content, resulting in a black screen. For regular videos (non-HDCP), you can try disabling overlays settings on the video player or using a different video player. For details, see KB4354 |

In the Samsung display menu activate "Input Signal Plus" on the HDMI port. For details, see KB7239 Disable the CEC setting in the ClickShare Configurator. Casting Netflix content via AirPlay not possible | Netflix no longer supports AirPlay, so casting Netflix content via AirPlay is not possible. Sharing non-HDCP Netflix content using the ClickShare Button or app works fine. For details, see KB3219 |
Base Unit not waking up properly from deep standby mode via HDMI™ plug event | Set the Base Unit to ECO mode or use the power button to wake it up. For details, see KB3722 |
