If you encounter an issue where the ClickShare Button or ClickShare Desktop App does not connect to the ClickShare device, the device LED either blinks red or breathes white, and no image is displayed on the screen. Please follow these steps to resolve the issue:
- Uncheck Enable CEC:
- Navigate to Display & Audio > Output in the ClickShare Configurator
- Locate the Enable CEC option and uncheck the box next to it.
- Set HDMI™ resolution to 1920x1080:
- Navigate to the Display & Audio > Output in the ClickShare Configurator.
- Set the HDMI™ resolution to 1920x1080.
- Click Save changes and restart the device if necessary.
