An MTR (Microsoft Teams Room) is a room-centric solution that dedicates a meeting room to a single video conferencing platform: such as Microsoft Teams.
There are two types of MTR setups:

Modular setup: consist of camera, speakers, microphone, display, compute unit and touch controller (how to: see KB9944).
All-in-one collaboration bar consists of combination of compute unit, audio and video into one device (how to: see KB8863).
