Universal over IP (UOIP) is a installable-driver within MirrorOp.
Most touchscreens of today are 'Plug and Play' (Standard-HID), which work with wePresent.
The option is called 'Simulate as local USB' within MirrorOp (Preferences -> Advanced tab) for Windows.
If you activate this for the first time, a driver needs to be installed followed by a reboot of your machine.
After rebooting, the driver will be loaded whenever you select 'Simulate as Local USB' and you can make use of the Touch Screen.
P.S. The latest version of UoIP is compatible with Windows 10 1909. The later version of Windows is not guaranteed.
