After logging into the QAWeb server, go to 'facility information' in the Facility overview section as seen below.
You will find the Relay code and GUID under 'Relay information'. 
Useful tip: Copy the Relay code and GUID in a plain text application such as Notepad first, before copying them into designated fields, during the installation of a relay. Windows can copy some hidden characters from your browser input field if you copy the Relay code and GUID directly from the QAWeb server web page when installing/re-installing the relay, so further on during the installation, you can encounter an installation error.
