- In XMS (Virtual) Edge: click Device Manager application on the bottom left
- Click System and then click XMS Mode.
- Click MIGRATE TO XMS CLOUD.
- If ClickShare CX-series and/or C-series Base Unit are configured in XMS Edge, you may need to select one of these options to proceed to the next step, i.e. redirecting to XMS Cloud.
If only ClickShare CS(E)-series is configured in XMS Edge, these options will not appears.
Click Next to continue.
- A XMS (Virtual) Edge Backup will be downloaded and the system will switch to online mode, redirecting you to XMS Cloud.
