During the installation of QAWeb Enterprise Agent, the installation could abort when some installation commands can't fully be executed.
In this particular example, here below, the installation "will rollback because previous command (C:\Program Files\Barco\QAWeb\nssm.exe"... can't be executed)"
The program nssm.exe is used to install windows services during the installation process of QAWeb Enterprise.
The most common problem at this point of the installation are firewall/antivirus issues. In some cases, the NS Service Manager (nssm) is not permitted in antivirus or firewall settings as this program might not be used by other tools.
Recommendation: Contact your IT Department to add nssm.exe to the permitted application
