The Premium Care services are comprehensive service plans. A fixed fee covers all your support and service needs. This includes phone and e-mail support, advance replacement of parts, preventive maintenance, software updates as well as all travel, labor and lodging.When solving a problem is not possible by remote communication, Barco will render on-site intervention for all equipment (hardware and software) within one business day after written notice and problem report by the customer.
