Barco and photonics sponsor Belgian charity event Music for Life

Every year, Belgian radio station Studio Brussel organizes Music for Life, a charity fund raising show to support the Red Cross. This year’s theme is diarrhea: the main cause of death for children. With the money raised with the show, the Red Cross wants to set up programs for a better access to safe drinking water and promote better hygiene.
During the show, taking place from 17 to 23 December, three radio DJs live in a glass house for 7 days, without food. For this year’s edition, the team will set up glass houses in Antwerp, Ghent and Leuven. A giant glass container will move them from one location to the other.

On Monday 19 December, the glass house crew moves from Leuven to Ghent and passes in Kortrijk for a special live show, supported by local bands and companies. The event takes place at 6pm at the Schouwburgplein in Kortrijk. Barco and Photonics supply a 17 sqm C8v LED display to support the event.
