Read breast tomosynthesis images faster with RapidFrame technology

Today, mammography is the standard method for breast screening. But the contribution from multi-frame studies, like ultrasound, MR, and breast tomosynthesis, is increasing.
Counteracting blur
When viewing breast tomosynthesis images, radiologists browse through a stack of thin image slices in video or cine loop. This technique reduces shadow from overlying tissue structures, making it easier to see small details. But moving images are often blurred and difficult to read. That’s why we developed our RapidFrame technology.
RapidFrame counteracts blur or ghosting by speeding pixel refresh when scrolling through a stack of image slices. Images are displayed sharper and faster so the radiologist can make the most effective diagnosis.
