If you encounter an issue where the ClickShare Button or ClickShare Desktop App does not connect to the ClickShare device, the device LED either blinks red or breathes white, and no image is displayed on the screen. Please follow these steps to resolve the issue:
- Log in to the ClickShare Configurator of your ClickShare device (how-to, see KB2324).
- Uncheck Enable CEC:
- Navigate to Display & Audio > Output.
- Locate the Enable CEC option and uncheck the box next to it.
- Set HDMI™ resolution to 1920x1080:
- Navigate to the Display & Audio > Output.
- Set the HDMI™ resolution to 1920x1080.
- Click Save changes and restart the device if necessary.
