It is also the world’s first projector to offers a 2,500 hour xenon lamp lifetime. Barco’s HDX range is 3D-capable and can be controlled through smartphones. It consists of only five building blocks, which makes an HDX projector exceedingly easy to service.
Both the HDX-W14 and the HDX-12 have a WUXGA (1920x1200) resolution, which encompasses and exceeds industry-standard full HD. The HDX-W12 is unique among its peers in that if offers bright xenon lamp with a 2,500 hour lifetime, which gives it a significant edge over competitive products with mercury lamps. The W12’s robust build and standard form factor make it quick to ship and install for an event, whereas its long lamp lifetime makes it suitable for fixed installations.
