Challenge
To maintain the very highest standards in quality and service, the hospital was looking to improve its surgical displays. It is known for its high level of facilities, making a name for itself when it was the first to carry organ transplants.
Solution
Barco’s large screen surgical monitor, the MDSC-8255, was the perfect choice because of its accurate and true-to-life images and videos. The 55-inch 4k resolution allowed the surgeons to view multiple screens together in full HD, enabling them to deliver better outcomes. Barco installed 8 units of MDSC-8255 surgical display across the eight operating rooms in the hospital and completed the project on May 7, 2021.
