Creating a service request is child’s play through the new intuitive three-step process (case summary, case details, contact details) with multi-language support. In addition, the e-portal offers a clear and transparent overview of all your ongoing and legacy support requests and maintenance contract details. And having this information centralized will enable our teams help you more effectively and faster.
What’s more, you’ll also find our knowledge base articles integrated in the all-in-one platform. The e-portal will also include the possibility to quickly initiate phone calls and live chats for real-time assistance and guidance. These features will be rolled out gradually once the Service Portal is live.
