Barco honored as one of China’s top 10 digital OR construction suppliers in 2019

From 28 to 30 August 2020, the 7^th China Medical Environment and Health Conference was held in Xi'an. Nearly 400 experts in the fields of healthcare, construction and materials from all over the country attended the conference, which focused on topics such as the digital operating room, information management, and humanized hospitals. Twenty suppliers from hospital construction and infrastructure participated as well, enabling a close communication and cooperation between the supply and demand sides of hospital infrastructure.

Fifteen awards were handed out during the conference as well. Thanks to our technological innovation and product leadership in the fields of surgical displays, the digital operating room and information technology, Barco has been selected as part of China’s "2019 National Top 10 Digital Operating Room Construction Suppliers".

During a subforum on Digital OR Construction and Development, Barco had its own speaking slot at the conference. Eric Zheng, Product Executive of Healthcare in China, delivered an appealing speech on Barco’s 4K+3D integrated OR solutions. He gave a detailed analysis of the situation and challenges of the digital operating room, and Barco’s DiOR advantages, illustrating them with successful customer stories.

In addition, Barco also brought the latest Nexxis mobile digital operating room solution to the conference site, which attracted a large number of experts and customers.

In order to make great things possible in medical digitalization, the Barco surgical team works with medical institutions – a win-win situation. They are honored with the recognition in China.
