Barco completes acquisition of Focal and Naim, strengthening its entertainment offering

Last week, Barco announced the successful completion of its acquisition of VerVent Audio Group, bringing the premium audio brands Focal and Naim officially into the Barco portfolio. What was previously communicated as an intention has now been finalized, marking the start of a new chapter for both Barco and the French British audio group.

Advancing the audiovisual experience through sound and image

With the transaction now closed, Focal and Naim will operate together with Barco as a dedicated Consumer Experience business unit within Barco’s Entertainment division, alongside Barco’s Cinema and Immersive Experience business units. The acquisition reinforces Barco’s strategic focus on entertainment and expands its capabilities across the audiovisual value chain.
