As a global visualization expert, Barco is rapidly gaining ground in the Middle East. Its top-notch visualization solutions recently took center stage at PALME 2012 ‒ the region’s leading trade show for audiovisual solutions. In addition, over 50 visitors from different countries joined the Projector and IP Workshop that Barco Middle East organized from 14 to 17 May – an overwhelming success.
Over the past few years, PALME has grown into the largest trade show event in the Middle East for professional audio, music, lighting, audiovisual, entertainment and systems integration solutions. This year’s 10th edition, from 1 to 3 May last, attracted a more international audience than ever. Professionals from the Near East and North and Central Africa, as well as the Gulf territories, traveled to Dubai. At the booth of Barco partner TechnoPro, they discovered Barco’s FLM-HD20, HDX-W18, RLM-W6 and RLM-W12 projectors, which were showcased on an eye-catching rotating platform, as well as the FSN presentation system, Barco’s Image Pro II processors and DZine digital signage media players.
Two weeks later, from 14 to 17 May, Barco Middle East welcomed over 50 people from the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Jordan, Bahrain and Oman to its free Middle East Projector and Image Processing Demo & Workshop in the Grand Millennium Hotel, Dubai. Here too, prospects, clients, partners, consultants and system integrators were glad to experience the benefits of Barco’s latest projectors, presentation system and image processors.
