LIEN MEULEMAN (°1978)
CHIEF HR OFFICER
Mrs. Lien Meuleman joined Barco in 2017 and has been serving as Chief HR Officer since May 2025. Prior to this role, she held significant positions at Barco, including Global HR Business Partner and Global Head of COE Talent, with leadership roles in Diversity & Inclusion and as Head of the Regional HR Council, underscoring her commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace. Before joining Barco, Mrs. Meuleman gained extensive experience in all domains of HR, including payroll, recruitment, reward, talent management, and HR management at companies such as Coca-Cola Enterprise, Helan Health Insurance, and Becton Dickinson.
She holds a Master’s degree in Languages from Mercator Ghent and a Master’s degree in Psychology from UGent. Additionally, she completed an HR Management program at Vlerick Management School and is a certified coach and Insights Discovery practitioner.
