has served as CEO and owner of Vandewiele NV since 1993. Vandewiele is a global technology leader providing advanced solutions for the textile industry. He also holds various roles within trade associations and employer organizations. Mr. Beauduin earned a Master of Law from KU Leuven and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

With extensive managerial experience, including international assignments in Asia and the United States, Mr. Beauduin brings a broad professional background. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of Barco NV since January 2015 and currently serves as its Chairman.

Previously, Mr. Beauduin held the role of Co-CEO of Barco from September 1, 2021, until August 31, 2024.
