Under the Electronic Product Recycling Act, 2006 and Electronic Product Recycling Program Regulations of October 2007 in Washington, all waste management obligations are handled through the Standard Plan which is operated by the Washington Materials Management and Financing Authority (WMMFA). Please refer to the Department of Ecology website for instructions on how to return end of life products for recycling in this State.
