You can easily connect and share content in a meeting room. Simply download and install the app without administrator rights, connect to a meeting room in your vicinity, and share your content with one click.

Installing ClickShare Desktop App

Basic installation
To install, simply double-click theClickShare_Setup fileand follow the on-screen instructions. -
Advanced deployment

Windows MSI: For large-scale deployments, use the MSI package

macOS PKG/DMG: For large-scale deployments on macOS, use Microsoft Intune

Note: If the ClickShare Desktop App is already installed on your laptop or computer, it will automatically update itself by default.

Basic Sharing
Share content from your laptop to the meeting room display (how-to, see KB2607).

Advanced Sharing Options
This feature allows you to work separately on your laptop while being sharing your content to the meeting room display at the same time.

Extended desktop
This function creates a virtual second desktop for you which will then be shared. As such, the meeting room display becomes a second screen to your personal computer, see KB2588 for details.

Dual Sharing
The Dual Sharing feature allows two users to share content simultaneously on the meeting room display. This is ideal for collaborative sessions where multiple perspectives need to be shown at once, see KB13295 for scenarios, usage limitations, and troubleshooting.
