Barco bestowed with record high score in Randstad Employer Brand Research

We’re living in an age where ‘war for talent’ has grown into way more than just an HR buzz word. That’s why every year, Randstad, examines the attractiveness of the main employers in Belgium. The Randstad Employer Brand Research and the accompanying Randstad Award have become an established value on the labour market.

With 183 companies included in the study, we are extremely proud to see our company headquarters on the sixth place in the ranking of the most attractive employers. Our highest score ever. What’s more, it is the best performance by a high-tech company since the study’s inception in 2001.

In addition, the Employer Brand Research also focuses on what criteria make these companies attractive. This shows Barco scoring first place when it comes to providing a pleasant work atmosphere. Something which is confirmed by our own visioneers in these video testimonials.
