About screensaver

To prevent damage to an idle connected display, a screensaver timer can be set. When the ClickShare system has been idle for the set amount of time, then the screensaver will automatically be displayed. The screensaver will be removed once activity has been detected.

How to set
  1. Set the desired time interval by dragging the red dot after “Show screensaver after (minutes)” close to the desired number of minutes.

Tip: The red dot will snap to the number closest to the mouse pointer.

  2. Select which content must be shown as screen saver from the drop-down menu after “Screensaver content”.

Note: DisplayPort over USB-C screensaver is only possible if the DisplayPort protocol is disabled as output.
    • For default, which uses the standard Barco screen saver, go to step 4.
    • For DisplayPort over USB-C, which uses the signal from an external source to display a custom screen saver, go to next step.
