About one click join

Hosting or joining a remote or hybrid meeting through ClickShare, will let ClickShare suggest the settings and simplify the room connection automatically. This reduces required time for joining a meeting to a single button click and decreases setup time while hosting.

Prerequisites

The calendar must be synced to the ClickShare App. For more information, see “Calendar integration”.

How to use

1. Is the device connected to ClickShare?

   • If yes, go to next step.
   • If no, click on Join on the homescreen and connect to the desired meeting room.

   

2. Connect to the desired meeting room.
3. Click on the calendar icon.

4. Click on Join for the desired meeting.
