3.5.4 Calendar integration

About calendar integration

Lets ClickShare access and use the calendar of e-mail accounts connect to the device, to simplify joining meetings. Meeting reminders and join options will also be handled and enhanced by ClickShare.

How to enable calendar integration
  1. Open the settings through the menu in the upper right corner.

  2. Enabled the calendar integration functionality.

    Tip: ClickShare can manage calendars of all connected e-mail accounts at once if the checkbox in front of “Use all configured accounts” is checked.
  3. Manually close the ClickShare app.

    Tip: Closing the app window with the cross will not close the background processes of the app. The app must be quit or ended completely.

    If the attemps fail to close the app completely, restart the entire device.

  4. Restart the ClickShare app.

    Upcoming meetings will be visible in the ClickShare app on two locations:

    • On the home screen:
