Symptoms
The NGS-D440 source does not work with the NSD/NDN controller of a TFN system.
Other sources do work.
Causes
These settings are not correct:
- Some NSD/NDN settings.
- Some Barco CTRL settings.
It is also possible that the source URL is not a RTSP stream.
Solution
- Configure your DNS setting on the NSD controller to the IP address of the Barco CTRL server.
Configure your "Encoder manager" setting on the NDNS controller to the IP address of the Barco CTRL server.Encoder manager is End of Service. More info in TDE12975.- Make sure that "Encoder encryption" is disabled in Barco CTRL.
- Make sure that the source URL is a RTSP stream and not a RTSPS stream.
