Launch the Diagnostic tool

1. Type URL https://<NMS IP address>:8443/nms. to open the Barco NMS Server screen.
   
   
2. Select Diagnostic Tool in the Menu. Since the NMS is hosting the Diagnostic tool over https without a hostname, this warning always shows up:
   
   
   
   
3. Select Continue to this website. You may be asked for the username and password. Username: admin Password: admin. The NMS Server page appears.
   
   
   
   
4. Select Launch-Diagnostic tool. This window appears:
   
   
   
   
5. Check if there is no previous version of the unzipped Diagnostic tool application available on your PC. If so, first clear the workspace. If you proceed and save the application in the same folder, it will not run after an unzip.
   
   
6. Select Save as and choose the location to download the tool.
   Wait until the download is completed.
   
   
7. Open the folder and choose Extract all. Wait until the extraction is completed.
   
   
   
   
8. Starting the tool:Open the folder nms-diagnostic-tool \ com.barco.nms.client.
   
   
9. Press run.bat. This command prompt appears:
   
   
   
10. Enter NMS ip: Type the IP of the NMS you want to diagnose and press Enter.
    
    
11. Wait until the login screen appears, type admin and press OK.
    
    
    
    
12. The second login screen appears, type admin and press OK.
