Summer is the season to chill? Not for Barco. With the launch of 2 new mid-range LCD video walls, we have been busy indeed! With this technology refresh, we continue to offer state-of-the-art technology to our customers with the best value for money!
Barco's OverView range of LCD video walls has been a household name in the market for many years. The OverView KVD-5521 and LVD-5521 products, have evolved with the latest technology and are now at their fourth version. The KVD-5521D and LVD-5521D are 55" 500-nit mid-range tiled LCD panels, part of the ENB 1.8 mm and UNB 3.5mm bezel generation respectively. These new panels build on the existing range, featuring automatic color and brightness calibration and noiseless operation.
Barco’s OverView range of mid-range LCD video walls complements the premium Barco UniSee platform.
Easy installation and operation
The Barco OverView LCD portfolio is designed to meet the needs of mission critical applications. The absence of cooling fans not only minimizes noise, but also eliminates moving parts (which are susceptible to wear), optimizing both the lifetime and the total cost of ownership (TCO). This makes the range suited for use in critical applications, including control rooms, television studios and corporate boardrooms.
The OverView LVD-5521D and OverView KVD-5521D use the Video wall Manager software to make it easy to install and control the video wall, while enhancing user-friendliness. The integration of DisplayPort v1.2, which makes it possible to feed 4 displays in loop-through with 4K@60Hz content, is vital for easy connection with a limited number of cables.
To conclude, both products are ecolabeled with a Barco ecoscore A, allowing business to access state-of-the art technology while actively contributing to environmental conservation and reducing their carbon footprint.
