If so, then Amsterdam is the place to be, as IBC - Europe's largest professional broadcast show – kicks off there today. Just as in previous years, several Barco thought leaders will join the conference panels. In addition, you’ll see Barco displays at work at the booth of video production leader EVS (booth 8.B90).
IBC is an exhibition, a conference and much more besides. Over the years, it has developed a whole series of dedicated extra events — like the IBC Big Screen Experience, a four-day program during which decision-making motion-picture professionals explore the latest developments in digital cinema and their impacts on cinema business models. In addition, there’s even more Barco at the exhibition: you’ll also find us at booth 8.B90, which is hosted by EVS, a leader in live outside broadcast digital video production systems. The EVS booth will act as an IP-enabled hub showcasing real-time media flows that connect live sports venues, broadcast center control rooms, studios and consumers. Our X1.9 LED and LDX-8482 displays will feature as a high-res backdrop for the images that EVS distributes at its booth.
