Update Share Buyback Program

Under the framework of the share buy-back program, as announced per 16^th September 2021, the company reports today that during the period from 29^th November 2021 till 1^st December 2021 the following transactions took place.

Block transactions

Since the start of the share buy-back program on 20^th September 2021, Barco NV has bought back 600,000 shares for a total amount of 11,185,986.19 euros. This corresponds to 100 % of the program completed.

As a result thereof, Barco’s share buy-back program has been completed on 1^st December 2021.

After aforementioned transactions the total number of own shares amounts to 3,320,316 shares on the date of  1^st December 2021.
