Update Share Buyback Program

Under the framework of the share buy-back program, as announced per 16^th September 2021, the company reports today that during the period from 1^st November 2021 till 5^th November 2021 the following transactions took place.

Block transactions

Since the start of the share buy-back program on 20^th September 2021, Barco NV has bought back 465,890 shares for a total amount of 8,683,075.52 euros. This corresponds to 77.65% of the program completed.

After aforementioned transactions the total number of own shares amounts to 3,186,206 shares on the date of 5^th November 2021.
