What is a collaboration bar
Note: The ClickShare collaboration bar is referred to as “Base Unit” throughout the manual.

The collaboration bar controls and enables the functionality of the ClickShare. It has a camera, speakers, microphones and ultrasound speaker built-in. There are two variants of the bar available:

Note: CB Core, CB Pro is only compatible with generation 4 Buttons! For more information, see “The conferencing Button”.

Removing the cable cover gives access to the connections and ports.

Removing the privacy door reveals the camera lens.

Tip: There is an additional plastic protective layer on the lens for new devices!

Remove this plastic layer before use.

There is a difference in which ports are available based on the model:

LED ring

There is an LED ring at the front of the Base Unit that communicates what the current status of the ClickShare and its peripherals are.
