About XMS

XMS will show the current registration status of the Base Unit. The QR image and the registration link will be available below the current status.

If the Base Unit is not yet connected to XMS Cloud, then the 5 year SmartCare package will not be active for this device!

A SmartCare package includes:

• 5-year coverage for hardware
• Increased service levels
• XMS for management
• 5-year analytics management

To start the registration process, click on the link or scan the QR code and follow the instructions in “XMS Cloud registration”.

Note: For more information on how to manage Base Unit(s) with XMS Cloud, see the XMS Cloud user guide.
