Overview

Base Unit information

Each line represents a Base Unit. The following information is given per Base Unit:

• Icon:

  • The icon is an image of the Base Unit.
  • Hovering over the icon changes the image to a check box.

• Base Unit:

  • Hostname: “ClickShare-” + the serial number is the default.
  • Serial number of the device
• Location
• IP Address

• Firmware version:

  • a new upgrade of the firmware is available
  • firmware is running more than one version behind the latest available version. An upgrade of the firmware is required
  • firmware update has failed
  • No icon: the Base Unit is running the latest firmware.

• Health (for C-5, C-10, CX-20, CX-30, CX-50, C-5 Gen2, C-10 Gen2, CX-20 Gen2, CX-30 Gen2, CX-M, CX-50 Gen2, CB Core, CB Pro, Hub Core and Hub Pro):

  • Green dot: Health is good. No moderate or critical events triggered on devices.
  • Orange dot: Health is moderate. There are moderate events triggered on device.
  • Red dot: Health is poor. There are critical events on the device.

• Health (for CS-100, CS-100 HUDDLY, CSE-200, CSE-200+ and CSE-800):

  • Green dot: Health is good. Device is connected and works properly.
  • Orange dot Device is controlled by another XMS
  • Red dot: Health is poor. There are critical events on the device.

• Warranty:

  • in warranty
  • warranty pending
  • out of warranty

• Connection

  Connection method:

  • wired connection
  • wireless connection

  Connection status:

  • Green label: unit is online.
  • Blue label: unit is in use.
  • Light blue label: status is unknown.
  • Grey label: unit is offline.
