3.1.3 ClickShare app

Note: Depending on the installation, external internet access can be lost while connecting with the desktop app alone. Connecting through the mobile app will always lose external internet access!

  1. Open the ClickShare app.

    1. For mobile, connect to the Wi-Fi network of the ClickShare.

      Note: As this is a network is not connected to the internet, some devices may give warnings when connecting.
  2. Select the meeting room from the nearby meeting room options.

    If the room is not present in the list, use the search bar functionality:

    • Press the refresh icon at the right side of the search bar
    • Type the meeting room name or IP address

  3. Enter the passcode shown on the display.

    Tip: Press “Try Again” or “Show Passcode Again” if the passcode was not displayed long enough.

    The sharing window will be displayed.
