Hong Nguyen is a Product Manager for Digital Pathology, leading strategic initiatives across hardware and software to accelerate innovation and adoption in the field. At Barco, she drives cross-functional efforts to bring cutting-edge digital solutions to pathology workflows.

Prior to joining Barco, Hong led implementations and customer success at Pramana, where she oversaw scanner installations and optimized digital pathology workflows for clinical environments.

She also spent 13 years at Quest Diagnostics, where she managed projects focused on quality assurance, continuous improvement, and the transformation pathology from analog to digital.

About Peter Ouillette

Digital Pathology Supervisor at Michigan Medicine Department of Pathology


Peter D. Ouillette, MT (ASCP) is the Digital Pathology Supervisor at the Michigan Medicine Department of Pathology in Ann Arbor, MI, where he leads a team of 8 technicians. The team produces whole-slide images for primary diagnosis, as well as for research and education purposes.

He has 11 years of experience with digital pathology and has co-authored several posters and peer-reviewed articles on topics related to digital pathology.

Prior to this role he had a successful career as a lab manager in leukemia genomics at the University of Michigan, co-authoring over 20 academic publications.
